Every strip has a batch and a date it must not be sold after, and half the day's sales are a few tablets cut from a strip. General billing software counts neither.
Strips, tablets and boxes
Buy by the box, bill by the strip or by the tablet. Stock is counted in tablets, so "12 strips and 4 tablets" is always right.
The register, kept for you
An H1 medicine asks for the doctor and the patient, and goes into the register the drug inspector asks for - ready to print or send to Excel.
2.5 lakh medicines, ready
Search by brand or by salt; every other brand of the same salt and strength shows beside it, cheapest first. Add a new one once and it is there for good.
Bills that pass
GST inside the MRP or added on top, CGST and SGST, HSN on the bill, or a bill of supply for a composition dealer - printed on A4 or a thermal roll.
A PIN for each person
Owner, manager, pharmacist or cashier, each opening the counter or the phone with their own mobile number and PIN, and seeing only what their job needs.

Download for WindowsNothing of the shop is kept on the computer, so any number of counters can bill into the same books. Windows may warn about a file from the internet - choose More info, then Run anyway.
