This is a Windows program, not a website, and either way it keeps billing with the internet unplugged. Billoren Electronics keeps your bills, customers, stock and margins in a file on your own machine, and asks our server one question — whether your licence is still good — once a week. Nothing else about your shop is ever sent to us. Billoren Electronics Cloud keeps the books on our servers instead, so every counter and phone at every branch bills into one set of books as it happens - and so it needs the internet to bill.

General billing software counts stock by the piece. A handset is one particular piece, with a number on it, a warranty attached to it and a customer who will come back holding it.

Scan or type the IMEI as you sell. Six months later, when somebody walks in with the handset, you can find the bill from the number on the box.

Answered in seconds

Warranty runs from the date you sold that particular piece. The counter tells you whether it is still in, without anybody opening a register.

What came in, whose it is, what is wrong with it, what you quoted and where it has got to — so the answer to "is my phone ready?" is not a shout to the back room.

Windows 10 and 11. Run the installer, then open Billoren Electronics from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut and sign in with the email and password you created when you signed up.

The shop's books stay on this computer and go nowhere else. Windows may warn about a file that came from the internet — choose More info, then Run anyway; that is normal for anything downloaded from a website.

Would rather run it from a pen drive, with nothing installed on the computer? Download the portable copy instead — extract it and open BillorenElectronics.exe; the books live in the Data folder beside it, so the same drive runs on any machine.
